How Does It Work?
If a fall should occur, it is quick and easy to use your pendant alarm to alert the relevant people. Simply press the red button on your pendant. This will alert our 24-Hour Response Team and they will quickly respond via the base unit loudspeaker. They will then begin calling your emergency contacts to come and help you. They’ll also send for an ambulance if required.
If you are not able to communicate with the Response Team via the base unit loudspeaker, they will still call your contacts and emergency services. All members of the Response Team are highly trained to deal with a range of emergency situations and will try to reassure you throughout the process. Our Response Team is available 24/7, 365 days of the year.
